  • The acid condition created in the body by improper food combining and inability to properly utilize popular foods leaches calcium and minerals from the body in its quest to neutralize the acid, in addition to fostering dental decay, fungus and bacterial infection, and an overall weakening of the immune system and energy level.   • The live foods eaten or juiced are the only source of enzymes, the only living regenerative force for cells
  • The ideal diet consists of only live foods, never cooked. Any cooked food with a meal compromises the ideal health. Eat as much living food (salads, fruits, fresh juices, raw seeds and nuts) as possible
  • Gluten in wheat products prevents digestion in the colon
  • Eat melon alone or leave it alone
  • The fat you eat is the fat you wear: It is now known that the body immediately stores any and all fat you ingest, even to where you could extract fat from the body and analyze, even smell the food source!
  • Fresh made carrot juice contains 10 times the calcium in milk, and fresh spinach or parsley juice has 40x the calcium
  • Proportionally, the more animal fat eaten in a society, the more cancer
  • The caffeine in only one cup of coffee takes 24 hours to be cleansed out of the blood, stopping all other detoxification functioning of the vital organs
  • The morning fruit until noon will create energy in the body to detoxify, lose weigh, emulsify old stored fats
  • The combination of protein and carbohydrates in cooked beans makes it taxing on our digestion, creating gas and fermentation
  • Our bodies manufacture too little of the enzyme for breaking down cooked carbohydrates: these include baked potato, rice, bread, pasta, etc in our diet. Such foods will go mostly undigested, ferment, deplete our energy and attract bacteria and illness in our system
  • Dried fruit and only non-treated naturally dried fruit must be approached cautiously, only occasionally and in small amounts
  • Cravings for long enjoyed non-healthful and heavily advertised (brainwash) foods must be overcome with knowledge and will. Read the above named books, even slowly, a page or two a night to keep the truth firmly set in your mind and overcome unhealthful cravings and habits.
