Ginger Garlic Pepper Salad Dressing Recipe


1 tsp. cayenne pepper

1/4 cup garlic, chopped

2 Tbsp. Fresh ginger

1 Tbsp. Nama Shoyu raw soy sauce

3 Tbsp. raw tahini

1/2 cup lemon juice

1 cup olive oil

Place all ingredients in Vita-Mix and blend.

6 Carrots

2 Stalks of Celery

Handful of Parsley

2 Cloves of Garlic

Trim the carrots and cut them into 2- to 3-inch pieces. Cut the celery into 2- 3-inch pieces. Beginning with the garlic, process the vegetables in the juicer.
